This single varietal is born from the selection of the best bunches of Sauvignon Blanc, which after a light crushing is cold macerated for 12 hours. After fermentation, it is subjected to a tangential filtration that results in a fresh and clear wine.
TASTING
Bright light yellow with emerald green flashes. With fullness of aromatic nuances, the orange peel, fennel and tropical notes stand out. A fresh wine on the palate with well-integrated acidity, with the fruit present at all times. A balanced and pleasant wine with an aftertaste that is slightly reminiscent of lemon.
PAIRING
Excellently accompanies appetizers, seafood, fish, rice and pasta.

The recommended serving temperature is between 6 and 8ºC
