Cava made from a selection of grapes, 85% composed of the Macabeo variety and 15% Chardonnay. We observe in it a pale straw color, with a select, persistent bubble. On the nose, we have a penetrating aroma in which ripe fruit predominates with soft floral touches. Finally, in the mouth, we find a long-lasting, sweet flavor that evokes a sweet, which does not leave anyone who tastes it indifferent.
