Made with pork loin, pork rib, sunflower vegetable oil, salt and spices. It is a product that has been prepared for a long time, known in other areas as "orza".
Traditionally, it was fried over a very low heat and then placed in a container called "orza" for its conservation and later consumption, hence its name.
The meat used in the elaboration of this preserve, has its origin in the cattle farms of, as we have custom say, "la terreta" (term used by valencian people to name this region).
Ideal to take both hot and cold, a versatile pantry bottom that you can combine with multiple foods.
