

A traditional tapa that has been redesigned by incorporating caramelised garlic into the recipe. Caramelisation is carried out using the Maillard reaction (without fermentation, it produces during heating of food or during prolonged storage), this being a slow process.
Made with prawns, black garlic, EVOO, salt.
A perfect tapa to accompany a good white wine or a cold beer, on a terrace facing the sea or wherever you want.
