Red wine with organic certification as a result of the union of the Monastrell and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with a controlled temperature thanks to the latest technologies, allows to have absolute control of the production.
Cherry red color with purple meniscus. Of a high aromatic intensity, the reminiscences of ripe fruit with balsamic touches prevail. In the mouth it is a fleshy wine full of nuances with a good acidity that gives it freshness. It stays in the mouth for a long time with a sweet touch at the end.
It combines perfectly with grilled vegetables and white meat, with soft hummus or already at the moment of the after-dinner with soft cheeses or chocolate sweets.
It is recommended to serve it at a temperature between 12 and 14ºC.
