Red wine made at 50% with the Monastrell and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties. From vines between 5 and 15 years old, planted in predominantly limestone and clay soils. For the elaboration, a fermentation is carried out at 22ºC in stainless steel tanks and later an aging of 3 months in oak barrels.
Intense red in color with purple hues, it has a medium aromatic intensity of ripe fruit and notes of aromatic herbs. A tasty and round wine on the palate, with a slightly sweet finish and a pleasant sensation that lasts over time.
Perfectly accompanies Valencian paella, meats, cheeses, sausages and tapas.
Its consumption is recommended at a temperature between 12 and 14ºC.
