Cherry Liqueur Cream
Liqueur cream made from cherries from cherry trees grown in the "Vall de la Gallinera". An ideal place for the cultivation of cherries thanks to its abundant rains, its distance from the sea and its altitude. A fruit that in addition to its flavor and sweetness has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
Earlier cherry trees are used to make them, which produce a sweeter cherry and are treated organically. Made with 100% natural fruit without any type of artificial coloring, and following a traditional process for its preparation, collecting it by hand, pitting it and leaving it to marinate for 3 months.
