White wine where the Macabeo and Malvasía varieties are blended, from vines planted in globet style on clay-calcareous soils, whose plots are at an average altitude of 550m. After a manual harvest and its total destemming, the grapes ferment in concrete tanks with yeasts originating from the land, for, once the fermentation is finished, they rest for 3 months in these same tanks.
A soft yellow wine, very aromatic, with white fruit standing out and with a touch of Mediterranean flowers. It is a light and fresh wine on the palate, slightly crunchy due to some carbonic residue and easy to drink.
Ideal to accompany, among other meals, tapas, rice or white meat.
A service temperature of between 7 and 9ºC is recommended.
