Young single varietal wine made from a selection of the best bunches of the bobal variety from the best plots of the plantation. Combining traditional procedures with the most modern technologies, the character and expression that define it is achieved.
Vivid cherry red with purple hues, it is rich in penetrating aromas reminiscent of berries on a background of autumnal Mediterranean forest. Deep and fleshy on the palate with well-integrated acidity, balanced and with a well-defined structure.
It combines in an excellent way with red meats, hearty stews, cheeses, cured Iberians and roasts.
It is recommended to serve it between 16 and 18ºC.
