
Red wine produced from Monastrell and Syrah grape varieties, from vines between 15 and 50 years old that receive more than 3,000 hours of sunshine a year. During its production, it has been fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 22ºC and then aged for 3 months in oak.
TASTING
A young wine of an intense red color with bluish flashes, where fruit aromas predominate on a woody background obtained by its passage through oak. On the palate we appreciate a balanced, fresh wine with ripe tannins that give a sweet sip. A good persistence where you can appreciate, measured, spicy touches.
PAIRING
It exquisitely accompanies tables of sausages or cheeses, grilled meats and meat rice dishes.
TEMPERATURE
It is recommended, to fully appreciate it, serve it at a temperature between 12 and 14ºC.
