Made from a coupage of the Llumeta, Nana, Aragonesa, Regues and Farga varieties, which have been harvested at their optimum point of ripeness. The oil is extracted using traditional milling and cold processes, preserving the organoleptic properties of the oil obtained to the maximum and preserving its quality. Then macerated in the exact proportion with the black truffle, we obtain this excellent oil with an intense flavour and mineral notes.
