Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Belluga first is an excellent cold extracted unfiltered EVOO, made with the first olives of the harvest at their optimum point of maturity, specially selected and 100% of the Serrana de Espadán variety.
It has a greenish golden color, with an intensity of soft fruity, where green notes are combined with ripe ones. Aromatically we perceive the green olives, soques fruits and the characteristic smells of the tomato plant. In the mouth we perceive a very low bitterness with a slight spiciness. Almond notes and hints of ripe banana are appreciated. Very tasty and pleasant to the palate.
It combines perfectly with any type of food, either accompanying cheeses, dressing salads or raw vegetables, or in stews or fish.
