Beer of a pale amber color, with a delicate froth with little presence. It breathes in an aroma of high intensity, thanks to the sweetness provided by honey and the enveloping freshness that comes from rosemary, all in a balanced and attractive way. In the mouth, we savor a full-bodied, easy beer that reminds us of caramel with an exact point of bitterness.
Pairing: It pairs wonderfully with a table of Iberian ham, as well as with a Valencian paella, creating a symbiosis between the rosemary from Socarrada, with which it is incorporated into the paella at the end.
