Cava made from the Chardonnay variety from vineyards worked in an organic way. Intense golden color, with an extremely fine bubble. A fine aroma is appreciated, of white flowers such as dahlias and orchids, with final notes of wet earth. It presents a balanced flavor with a point of acidity and a touch of perfect maturity. It has a light and pleasant sip that brings freshness to the palate.
