This Brut Nature Reserva cava made from the Chardonnay variety, with bunches selected by manual harvesting, from vines grown organically, was chosen as the best Spanish cava in Enoforum and Gold Medal in 50 Great Cavas, consolidating the success of the winery. The aging takes place in the basement of the winery, which dates back to 1808, for more than 20 months, with manual removals.
Bright aged gold color and fine and homogeneous bubbles that form a delicate and persistent crown. It gives off a fresh aroma of white flowers with notes of fresh hay and moss with subtle hints of toast. Fresh and clean attack, with a remarkable balance between acidity and maturity. With a pleasant volume and a feeling of freshness that persists over time.
It is recommended to serve between 7 and 9ºC, very delicately on the side of the glass to protect the bubble.
Ideal accompanying both fish and stews from the sea, white meat or some sautéed or baked vegetables.
It can be enjoyed on any occasion, but good views and especially good company are recommended.
