This spirit drink characteristic of la Sierra de Mariola (ALICANTE) made from aromatic plants native to the area. From the maceration of these herbs in a base of anise, this delicious Alicante liqueur is obtained, perfect to drink very cold after meals, to extend the after-meal conversation. Some of the herbs used in its preparation are pennyroyal, lemon verbena, chamomile, cat's tail, lemon balm, fennel, anise, chamarrilla, thyme, St. William's herb or lavender.
