Jam made from Valencian oranges that have reached optimum maturity, combined with a top quality cava. Leaving part of the orange peel makes possible a balance between sweetness and flavor, characteristic of artisan jam, which also does not add artificial ingredients. A marmalade designed for pairing that has become the only Spanish marmalade awarded at the Great Taste 2018.
