Herbero is a typical spirit of the Sierra de Mariola (ALICANTE) is made from aromatic plants native to the area. From the maceration of these herbs in aniseed, this delicious liquor from Alicante is obtained, perfect to drink very cold after meals.
Some of the herbs used in the elaboration of Mariola herbal liqueur are pennyroyal, sage, chamomile, cat's tail, fennel, anise, zamarrilla, thyme or lavender.
