Mousse made from 45% boletus edulis, sunflower oil, wheat flour, water, yeast, sea salt (anti-caking agent), egg, onion, spices and garlic.
This mousse does not contain meat in its composition so it is suitable for vegetarians.
It keeps at room temperature for 18 months. Once opened, if you are able to not finish it, keep in the refrigerator and consume within 6-7 days.
