Singlevarietal wine made with the native variety of the D.O Valencia and almost extinct for years, the Verdil. From one hectare of the El Ramblar estate, which has 14-year-old organic vineyards. A wine that was born as the icon of the Clos Cor Ví winery, which evokes fantasies and dreams that we can undoubtedly achieve. A wine where minimal intervention has been applied in the winery so that, thanks to the maceration in its lees and the fermentation with its own yeasts, we obtain a fresh wine with the maximum expression of the variety. A wine, as its label indicates, with a wild heart.
TASTING
Straw yellow in color with golden flashes, clean and bright. Fruity and floral aromas emerge from it, with citrus notes and aromatic herbs and spices. Soft attack on the palate thanks to its medium acidity, with citrus and spicy flavors, good structure and roundness that give it a long and pleasant aftertaste.
PAIRING
Perfect accompanying seafood, rice, fish or to drink alone.
TEMPERATURE
It is recommended to serve at 9ºC.
