Unique blend of the Cabernet Sauvignon and Merseguera varieties, hand-harvested from vines whose age ranges between 5 and 35 years, planted in plots of mostly limestone and clay soil, and at a height of between 500 and 600m. A young organic wine made to enjoy and that invites you to continue drinking.
TASTING
Livid, limpid and bright yellow. With a remarkable aromatic intensity reminiscent of flowers and tropical fruit. In the mouth you can appreciate the freshness of its very well integrated acidity, with a fruity and very pleasant aftertaste.
PAIRING
It is ideal to drink by the glass, or accompanying seafood, rice from the sea or a vegetable sauté.
TEMPERATURE
It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 6 and 8ºC.
