From a coupage of the Llumeta, Nana, Aragonesa, Regues and Farga varieties, harvested at their optimum point of ripeness, we extract the oil using traditional milling and cold processes, conserving the organoleptic properties of the oil obtained to the maximum and preserving its quality. It is then macerated in the exact proportion with black truffle, obtaining this excellent dressing with an intense flavour and mineral notes.
