Red wine resulting from a surprising coupage of the Bobal, Tempranillo, Mencía, Marselans, Graciano and Garnacha varieties. Coming from plots that reach heights of 1200m and never falling below 800m, worked in an ecological way. The harvest is carried out manually and independently for each variety, looking for the optimum ripening point for each of them. Making a selection from the field of the highest quality bunches of each variety. Fermented at 24ºC in stainless steel tanks only with a slight crushing and carrying out a gentle pressing at the end of the fermentation with a pneumatic press. Aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels to finish obtaining its complexity in the bottle for 6 months.
Cherry red in color with purple tones and dense and very slow tears, we find a predominant aroma of very ripe red fruit with hints of liquorice and light mineral and lactic touches. It presents a fruity entry in the mouth, well structured and with a very well integrated acidity. Soft, light and full of nuances; long but fresh.
It is the perfect accompaniment to red meats, cheeses or stews. As well as to drink alone during a pleasant conversation with friends.
Serve between 9 and 11ºC
