Single varietal wine made from the local variety par excellence of the area, Bobal. What makes it special is that it is the result of an assembly of a very mature Bobal, with a classic 3-month fermentation in American oak barrels, and a very fruity young Bobal resulting from thermovinification. The result of this fusion is a young and fruity wine but very well structured.
TASTING
Purple-red in color and powerful fruity aroma among which cherry and blackberry stand out, as well as showing a smoky touch from the oak. An unctuous, deeply fruity but balanced wine with velvety sensations.
PAIRING
It goes perfectly with Mediterranean rice dishes, octopus or cuttlefish stews and soft meats.
TEMPERATURE
It is recommended to serve it between 12 and 14ºC for its full appreciation.
