Signature red wine, from a selection of grapes of the variety that has best adapted to the terroir of Bodega Coviñas, the Syrah. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, at a temperature of 24ºC, is followed by clarification and natural decanting, which in turn, precedes aging in oak barrels for 8 and 14 months. Finally, a tangential filtering is carried out, which gives it clarity and balance.
Powerful red with a purplish meniscus typical of the variety. The fruity and floral aromas are interwoven with the smoky touches typical of its aging in oak. With a full-bodied and balanced entry on the palate, allusions to black fruits and notable touches of spices and wood. Persistent and elegant finish.
A wine that is an excellent accompaniment to strong meats, such as lamb, big game bushmeat and duck, as well as cured cheeses.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC.
