Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Extra virgin olive oil made with a selection of indigenous olives from Castellón, mainly with the Serrana de Espadán variety. Made by cold extraction and subjected to a natural decantation (without filtering), which allows to achieve a high level of fruity with minimal acidity, enhance aromas and natural antioxidants (polyphenols).
Golden in color with green flashes, it is a smooth and sweet oil with very low bitterness and almost non-existent spiciness, making it suitable for any type of palate.
It pairs perfectly with any raw or cooked food, especially dressing salads, vegetables or simply adding a little to a slice of village bread.
