Organic white wine from the coupage of 6 white grape varieties from plots in the Terres dels Alforins area. At a height of between 500 and 700m, and with different composition in the soils, depending on the variety. The wine ferments in clay jars with native yeasts, to later spend 6 months of aging in the old clay vats of the inn winery, which gives it purity and freshness.
This excellent white has a straw yellow color with golden reflections. Aromatically intense, fresh and expressive, with notes of white fruit and certain nuances of citrus and balsamic aromas. A wine with Mediterranean character, creamy and good acidity. With citrus and herbaceous notes, and persistent over time.
It pairs perfectly with all kinds of rice, white meat, fish and shellfish, salads or as an aperitif.
It is recommended, to enjoy it in its fullness, serve it at a temperature between 7 and 9ºC.
