The Parotet Vermell is a red wine made from Garnacha Tintorera (70%) and Mandó (30%), following the line of old reds from The Celler del Roure, only using autochthonous varieties and raised in clay jars. Coming from sandy-clayey plots, 600m high and cultivated in an ecological way. With malolactic fermentation in stainless steel, short and smooth maceration that makes the wine more fluid and an aging of 4 months in a clay jar that gives it elegance without detracting from its vibrancy.
A cherry red wine with a purplish meniscus, with aromas of red fruit and herbaceous notes, of wet clay and undergrowth. Once in the mouth, we try a tasty wine, very fruity, fresh and easy to drink.
Ideal to accompany cheese, pasta, rice, small game and baked meats.
It is recommended to consume it at a temperature of 16ºC.
