Select white wine made by the Terra d’Art wineries from the native Merseguera variety from old vines over 60 years old from the Ahíllas valley. With vineyards with sandy soils and heights of up to 1200 meters in the plots, we have worked with sustainable and biodynamic techniques to obtain small bunches and a maximum amount of 1.5kg per plant, which allows the maximum expression of this Valencian variety to be achieved. With a strict selection of the best bunches in the harvest and a rigorous control of the temperature in the maceration and fermentation, we obtain an excellent wine ready for 2 months aging on its lees, which gives it its structure and volume.
It has a slow tear and a bright and clean yellow tone; its intensity and aromatic complexity reminds us of tropical fruits and white flowers as well as light herbaceous notes with mineral touches. We quickly appreciate its fruity volume and mildness on the palate, as well as its point of acidity that accentuates its freshness and persistence.
Although very versatile, stands out accompanying Italian and Asian cuisine, as well as seafood, fish and rice.
Serve at a temperature between 8 and 12ºC.
