Organic white wine fruit of the assembly of the Macabeo and Cabernet sauvignon varieties. Coming from 16-year-old vines, planted in Guyot trellis on very active limestone-sandy soils that allow obtaining all the expression of the varieties. Harvested separately according to their point of maturation, we proceed, already in the winery, to carry out a static must clean, after cooling, of the flower must after a gentle pressing with a pneumatic press. It ferments at a controlled temperature, always seeking its maximum aromatic expression, to later preserve it with its fine lees, providing volume and mildness.
We observe that it has a straw yellow color with greenish sheen and clean. Aromas of white flowers, exotic and yellow fruit with herbaceous touches emerge from the glass. Aromatically complex and refined. A balanced wine on the palate, of notorious breadth and freshness with excellent acidity, persistent and a perfumed aftertaste.
It is an excellent accompaniment to seafood, all kinds of rice dishes, as well as pastas and oriental food.
Its consumption is recommended at a temperature between 8 and 10ºC.
80% Macabeo, 20% Sauvignon Blanc
