Young red wine from organically grown vineyards of the Bobal and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties, aged around 20 and 28 years respectively. Of plots of sandy-limestone soil that favor the assimilation of organic matter, located at an altitude of 920m and with a Mediterranean climate with continental influence. Harvested at night to preserve the aromatic nuances, and separately, determining the ideal ripening moment for each variety. It ferments at a controlled temperature and is gently pressed with a pneumatic press. During all the processes prior to bottling, we try to be as respectful as possible to preserve its character.
It has a cherry red color with violet reflections. We appreciate aromas with an intense fruit load and very deep. Wine that goes very well in the mouth, rich in nuances, harmonious and fruity. With a very well integrated acidity and a touch of spices that persists in the mouth.
Perfectly accompanies small game bushmeat, roasts, meat stews, cheeses and sausages.
It is recommended to consume at a temperature between 14 and 16ºC
