Ham made by traditional way, with very little salt, with a slow and natural curing process, without any type of artificial thermal regulation. Cured in a small capacity dryer located in the town of Villahermosa del Río, being the only ham drying facilities located within the Penyagolosa Natural Park.
 
The morphologically most suitable specimens are selected from the Duroc breed pigs raised in the "Lo Porcellet" facilities fed with oleaginous cereals and soy protein, to be used for the production of ham.
 

Thanks to the exquisite breeding process and the subsequent selection, hams of high meat quality and infiltrated fat are obtained that give a great clean and persistent flavor without being excessively salty, with the softness that white fat offers us. Ham of a very distinctive color, which could be defined as intense pink.

It is the only ham with the qualification "Castelló Ruta de Sabor", since it is the only ham that from the time the pig is born until the ham dries, its process is certified within the province of Castellón.

Ingredients: Ham, salt, sugars, preservatives, (E-250, E-252), antioxidants (E-316).

Versatile serrano ham, ideal for toast with olive oil, as well as for a table of dry sausages.
