Cherry liqueur made from cherries from cherry trees grown in the "Vall de la Gallinera". A valley that, thanks to its abundant rains, its distance from the sea and its altitude, becomes the ideal place for growing this fruit, which in addition to its flavor and sweetness has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
For its elaboration special cherry trees are used, that produce the fruit earlier and a sweeter and that are treated in an organic way. Made without any type of artificial coloring, with 100% natural fruit and following a traditional process for its preparation, collecting it by hand, pitting it and leaving it to marinate for 3 months, after which it will be ready to bottle.
