Red wine that is born from the fusion of the Monastrell and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties, whose vineyards are located in sunny plots with calcareous and rocky soils. Combining old customs and modernity, it could be said that it is and has been the winery's flagship wine for generations. All this, together with a 12-month aging in French and American oak barrels, make the lagares one of the wines with the greatest projection of the winery.
Intense crimson in color, it presents aromas of black fruits with balsamic notes that evoke coffee and liquorice. A fresh and balanced wine on the palate with a pleasant persistence that leaves us reminiscent of fruit and wood.
Perfectly accompanies red meats, stews, cheeses and meat rice.
It is recommended to serve it at a temperature between 12 and 15ºC.
