100% Valencian white wine, the result of the coupage of the 3 autochthonous white varieties from the three areas of the DO Valencia, from vineyards grown in calcareous clay soils. With a young spirit, it is made separately, which enhances the easily recognizable exotic touch of the muscat, the freshness and acidity of the merseguera and the elegant finesse of the verdil, resulting in a fresh and balanced wine, although complex at the same time.
TASTING
Pale yellow in color and green flashes, it has intense floral aromas and subtle hints of citrus as well as a light herbal background providing freshness. Unctuous in the mouth with a very pleasant long finish.
PAIRING
Ideal accompanying seafood, fish, rice or pasta as well as to take as an aperitif.
TEMPERATURE
It is advisable to serve it between 6 and 9ºC.
