Wine made from 4 red grape varieties from vines over 30 years old, grown on plots of calcareous clay soils in the Terres dels Alforins area. This, together with its fermentation in stainless steel tanks and its subsequent aging for 8 months in French, American and Hungarian oak barrels, together with the careful assembly, gives the wine a lots of nuances reflecting freshness and complexity.
It has a tempting bright and clean cherry red color. Intense aromas, highlighting the ripe red fruit with hints of spices and a very well integrated note of wood. Broad and mild on the palate, with volume and very complete in its phases. The sweet tannins give it persistence and encourage you to take the next sip.
It pairs perfectly with rice, cheeses or stews, as well as drinking it alone as an aperitif.
The recommended serving temperature is between 12 and 15ºC.
