Red wine made by Luis Corbí Coloma wineries using Bobal variety grapes from vines between 40 and 50 years old located on calcareous-sandy soils. The low production of the vines, around 2kg, together with the good work with the minimum treatment guarantees the quality of the raw material. Harvest done manually, to later ferment in French oak vats. Then the malolactic fermentation is carried out in new 225l French oak barrels, where it will remain for 4 months, and then transferred to clay eggs to polish tannins where it will remain for 2 more months.
