Made with 50% sheep cheese, milk, sunflower vegetable oil, bread, egg, onion, salt, garlic and spices. They do not contain meat in their composition, so they are suitable for vegetarians.
This mousse is produced using "Pastor de Morella" artisan cheeses.
Excellent to blend in a tart with our tomato jam.
It can be kept at room temperature for 18 months, once opened, keep in the refrigerator and consume within a week.
