Toll Blau Gourmet Pack

A very complete Pack consisting of a white wine to accompany the two preserves as an aperitif. A red wine aged for 10 months to accompany baked rice, paella or any dry or sticky rice made with our Sivaris rice that can be seasoned with the oil and salt included in the pack. An artichoke jam and a red vermouth are also added for after-meal or aperitif.

The Toll Blau It is a magical place in the Serra de Mariola located between Banyeres de Mariola and Bocairent where a beautiful pool of crystal clear waters with small waterfalls forms, a perfect place to cool off or take a bath in the middle of a natural space. On the route that takes us to this place, we can also take a detour to see the source of the Vinalopó River, as well as cross footbridges or see an old mill from the 18th century. Among the fauna that we can find during the itinerary are foxes and wild boars.
