Extra Virgin Olive Oil Premium
Premium EVOO elaborated and bottled by the Cooperativa V. Sant Pere de Moixent, made up of a coupage of the Grossal, Manzanilla and Arbequina varieties from selected plots, and grown at 350m altitude, where the care of the crops has been carried out in a respectful with the environment and totally free of phytosanitary products.
It has a lime green color with yellowish tones. It gives off aromas of green olives, banana skin, nuts and artichoke, with a subtly bitter taste with spicy notes and leaving reminiscences of nuts, green olives or almonds among others on the palate.
It is an oil that is used to accompany any dish, although it stands out in salad, sauces, fresh cheeses or sautéing vegetables in an exquisite vegetable paella.
