Extra Virgin Olive Oil Premium
Awarded consecutively for four editions (2014-2017) as the best EVOO of the Valencian region and in 2019 the best single variety among other awards. Prepared and packaged by the Cooperativa V. Sant Pere de Moixent. For its elaboration, Grossal variety olive is used, performing a cold extraction (20ºC) in two phases, resulting in this excellent Premium oil with a graduation of 0.1 ¢ ª in oleic acid.
Intense green color and aromas of green olives, freshly cut grass with notes of ripe tomato. A slightly spicy bitterness can be appreciated on the palate between its flavors of tender nuts, olive leaves or bramble shoots.
A versatile oil that combines perfectly with any dish, but stands out accompanying the Mediterranean salad, fresh vegetables, cheeses, cottage cheese, grilled vegetables or simply adding a few drops to a slice of artisan bread.
In the year 2021 it will be included in the EVOOLEUM GUIDE as one of the 100 best Extra Virgin Olive Oils in the world.
