Red of the Monastrell variety from the oldest vineyard on the pantation, planted in 1957, in shallow and rocky soil. Being cultivated in goblet style and oriented to receive more sunshine is decisive to obtain a very deep and vigorous wine. The low production of the vines together with the care in the harvest and the elaboration are decisive to achieve a very well structured wine. This is followed by aging in French oak barrels and concrete tanks for 18 months to finish refining in the bottle.
