Young wine with D.O. Utiel-Requena, where the continental climate with Mediterranean influences that bathes the vineyards, mostly in limestone-clayey soils, gives them unique characteristics. Wine that has been made from selected clusters of old, low-productivity vines. After taking off everything but the grapes and a gentle crushing of those, a long maceration is carried out at a controlled temperature, during which a series of energetic pump-overs are applied using an exclusive avant-garde system. Cherry red with purple flashes, it gives off a powerful and complex aroma of berries on a floral base. In the gustatory phase it presents a fresh attack that shows its youth. Creamy and dense with well integrated tannins and a pleasant long aftertaste.
It pairs perfectly with rice, meats, cheeses or a variety of tapas. Although it can accompany any dish of Mediterranean cuisine.
