Made with pasteurized goat's milk, salt, calcium chloride, rennet, black truffle (Tuber melanosporum) and lactic ferments.
Presented in a vacuum package. Store in a refrigerator at a temperature between 4 and 8ºC. Once opened, protect with film for food use and consume within a period of 30 days.

For maximum appreciation, it is advisable to remove the vacuum wrapper at least one hour before consumption. The optimal temperature for consumption is 16ºC.
