Single varietal white wine made with the variety that gives this award-winning wine its name, Riesling. From the aromatic bunches selected in the field, from organic vineyards and harvested by hand, this complex wine of sublime elegance and great personality is produced, aged for four months on its lees in stainless steel and for four months in 225l barrels exclusively for Riesling.
TASTING
From the beginning, its bright straw yellow color with golden and clean nuances catches you, sprouting from the glass an intense and complex fruity aroma that evokes citrus with limestone notes. Fresh and wide on the palate, where its longevity is evident due to its excellent acidity. As a curiosity, a mineral touch can be observed in its perfumed aftertaste.
PAIRING
Perfectly accompanies rice, seafood, oriental and Italian food as well as foie or magret.
