Tarongino is presented as the union between Orange and Wine. In Valencian the orange is called "Taronja", hence its name.
It is the first wine made 100% with orange juice. Once they have reached the optimum point of maturity, the oranges are harvested manually. Thanks to this control of the raw material, we obtain a juice of high sweetness and low acidity, with a large amount of trace elements and minerals. After a controlled natural fermentation at low temperature, the product reaches a graduation of 7% and it is macerated with the orange peel for a few days, which will add citrus aromas. It is the alcoholic beverage with the least calories of those known in the world. It is a natural, different, elegant and unique drink.
Amber in color with golden flashes and dense and slow tears, with citrus aromas with hints of honey and orange blossom. In the mouth it presents a sweet attack, with persistent fruitiness and notes of orange blossom and orange peel. Semi-sweet wine.
It is recommended to serve very cold, at about 5ºC, to take as an aperitif, accompanying light meals or desserts.
Over time a sediment may appear in the bottle, a sign of the undoubted purity of the process. It evolves positively in the bottle, keeping it horizontally in a cool place and avoiding direct sunlight.
