Wine macerated with a selection of herbs based on an old recipe from the Middle Ages that has been improved over the years. Bright straw yellow in color, it presents in its olfactory phase intense and fresh aromas that are reminiscent of the muscat grape used in its production as well as the botanicals present in its maceration. The American oak infusion cap adds toasted, vanilla and balsamic notes. Sweet and fresh in the mouth where the flavors of muscat grapes and the toasted notes provided by the wood persist. We observe certain citrus touches as well as an aftertaste of subtle bitterness, altogether very pleasant to drink.
