Wine made 100% with Verdil, a native variety of the D.O Valencia and almost extinct for years. Complex work grape from the harvest as it can be acidic or with a high degree and high color if it is not harvested at its optimum moment. After gently pressing and undergoing a pre-fermentation maceration, it is left to rest on its lees in stainless steel tanks for 4 months.
With an apple green rim and straw yellow color, it is complex in aromas, fruity and floral that evokes citrus and stone fruits, with a slight touch of mint. Fresh and mild on the palate thanks to its excellent natural acidity, aging on its lees gives it roundness and silkiness with a long finish and a bitter point typical of Verdil.
Perfect accompanying rice, seafood, fish and to drink alone.
It is recommended to serve at 9ºC.
