THE THINNER
This white wine is made from 50% of two of the autochthonous varieties of white grapes from the “els Alforins” area, Verdil and Merseguera. It is a wine that perfectly represents the character of the land in which it has been made, with a marked personality contributed by the verdil and the complexity and freshness that the merseguera gives it.
CATA
El Enhebro presents a clean and bright yellow color with greenish flashes on the edge. Intense aromas among which fruity notes, white flowers and freshly cut grass stand out, prevailing over a background with a spicy touch. On the palate, the white wine El Enhebro presents a medium pace, with character, making its freshness and complexity noticeable.
PAIRING
Due to its natural freshness, it is a white wine that pairs with all kinds of dishes, especially those of Mediterranean cuisine. Among others, it can accompany pasta, rice, white meat or all kinds of fish.
TEMPERATURE
It is recommended to serve between 6 and 8ºC.
