White wine Hundred Spades Morisco Muscat
The white wine Cent Piques Moscatell Morisco, as its name suggests, is made entirely from this typically Mediterranean grape variety, which is very common on the Spain east coast. The elaboration of this white wine is very similar to that of any white wine, although as it is a variety with a high degree of sugar, fermentation is stopped in the final stretch to preserve it and thus achieve a semi-dry wine balanced in sweetness, aromas and well integrated alcohol.
CATA
Clear yellow in color, it is a clean and bright wine to the eye, with intense and sweet aromas with touches reminiscent of honey, white flowers and lemon peel. On the palate it presents an intense and tasty entry with a balanced acidity that harmonically links with the sweetness of the variety.
PAIRING
It is a wine that pairs perfectly with shellfish, oily fish or pasta. You can also accompany fruit with this exquisite semi-dry.
TEMPERATURE
It is recommended to be served at around 10ºC.
